Given them plenty of opportunities to refund the items they claim they have lost. Not even store credit. I've been back 5 times begging for updates but nothing. They unfortunately hide behind a clever company structure such that they guy at the sore/desk cannot make any decisions, and it's all up to 'corporate', who are for all intents impossible to reach. Funny one time I was there was a client who was livid about the same thing I was going through. So, not an isolated case. Don't take any clothes here that you care about.

I had a fantastic experience at Oxxo Cleaners in Miami Beach. I came in with a rush delivery request, and to my delight, they had everything ready a full day before the expected date. This level of efficiency was truly impressive.
Diego, in particular, provided outstanding customer service. He not only helped me place the order but also arranged for an Uber delivery, ensuring that my items arrived safely and on time. This location has inconsistent hours that do not match what is listed on their website. They were closed around 12:30pm for “lunch” and just now at 5:30pm, but according the website are open until 6pm. Very frustrating
