“Took a free class on a Saturday with a friend of mine who train there, and I really liked the place the art they have on the walls, the staff was very friendly and professional, Brian the instructor it's a great martial artist very sharp and patient you can tell he loves his craft and also teaching it. If you're you're looking for a place to train Muay thai or jiu jitsu I recomend this place.“

“Parking is easy and there is enough in the back of the building.The coaches are nice. Well mannered easy going and respectful.Inside the Place has limited space when there are a lot of kids and parents. (20-30 kids)The lobby with the front desk gets crowded easily. There is only 1 bench inside.Most parents seat around the mat to watch their kids.The ambiance is nice and the place vives are good.Some classes feel like they get a lot of kids and it is sometimes hard for the coaches to watch and correct all of them.Private classes are offered as well.Overall a nice experience.“
