School of the Warrior
“Michael is my FAVORITE instructor! very knowledgeable, extremely professional and fun!. I met him in 2013 and I am very grateful for being one of his students. He makes you exercise with intention, focusing on alignment and building a strong practice. He helps you understand everything that is behind any specific yoga asana or martial arts move, paying attention to every detail in your technique that will make your practice more efficient and meaningful. He will constantly challenge you to become a better version of yourself. Michael is full of resources and there is always something new to learn from him in every class!”
