I was in chronic pain from hip to ankle (sciatica). I am pain free after a month of practice! The instruction is precise and gentle. The community is warm and welcoming. At 70 years old I am now moving like 40! Thanks Miami Beach Iyengar Yoga Center!
Students are serious about what they're doing. Everyone I've worked with has been knowledgeable, approachable ready to help. I've worked with Chen the most and totally trust her.
This place is a true Yoga Practice community. I can’t stop going. Everything is authentic, profound and with much compassion for everyone to be able to have a practice both physical and philosophical of the teaching of yoga from its sutras. Thank you Pom for sharing your wisdom!��������
