We have been coming here for years. You cannot beat the location if you like North Miami Beach- which we do. But the hotel does increasingly look tired and the deferred maintenance is starting to really show. A face lift and new furniture is clearly needed if there is any ambition to be a 5 star property. I think it is more Ike a 4 star now and trending down. Food also has suffered and service is inconsistent. Great at the beach, but could not get somebody to the room during our 3 day stay to fix the TV and nobody opening the door when you lug your own luggage in. Very convenient to Publix grocery store. We did not try spa services, but enjoyed lap swimming in the adult only pool, but disappointed that towels were not available most days. That's actually a safety issue since you end up dripping water down the stairs as you leave. Exercise room is top notch. Sort of sad that beach lounge chairs are removed at 5 pm. We sat in the sand to enjoy the evening.
Rooms are nicely designed, but could use some maintenance. Drawers and cupboard doors in the kitchen are wobbly. We had to request extra dishes and glasses. We would have appreciated a tag for the door to avoid housekeeping, brighter lighting for reading,... read full review
From the moment we walked in, we knew this stay would be special. We were warmly welcomed by one of the hotel leaders, Marc, and from there every single interaction exceeded expectations — from the incredible locker room team to Dana at the front desk and the staff at the beach stand. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind.
The hotel is immaculately clean, the amenities are truly first-class, and the location is absolutely perfect for a relaxing three-night getaway. The rooms are gracious, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need.
