The first time I went in, we did an extensive consultation -- more thorough than most doctor's consultations lmao -- and I had all this time to be very specific about what I want. I like to do an open eye, not the cat eye and I've told every lash technician that and she is the only one who's listened and delivered. She takes notes after every time I ask for something new so I get exactly what I want each time. If you want perfectionism from your lash experts? This is the place.

I'm also usually too shy to ask for corrections or even to move the eye pad down when it's digging into my eyes but I feel so at home that I know my comfort matters enough to her that I can communicate it.
