They get 1 star only because it's necessary to post a review. I wouldn't know what type of service they provide since my appointment was rescheduled, on their end, and by email. I'm not constantly checking my email so I didn't see it. I check the day of my appointment to get the appointment info and see it was rescheduled 2 days prior without as much as a phone call. To top it off... it was rescheduled for 3 weeks later. The professional thing to do would be to call and discuss a future date that works for the customer and not just schedule it for a day or time that may or may not work for the customer... 3 weeks later. I purchased a package of 3 microdermabrasion treatments and had only used one of them before Covid shut down the clinic. Once I had been vaccinated and the office had reopened I called multiple times and left messages to schedule the remainder of my treatments with no answer from them. I even went to the office in person during business hours and the door was locked with a sign to call the number I had been leaving messages on and again no one answered. I assumed they were perhaps understaffed and overwhelmed in the reopening so I let it go.
