As a Holistic RN and therapist, I look for someone who is knowledgeable about the body, the physiology, and knows more than a few techniques to treat muscle, facia, and soft tissue imbalances. I am interested in results, not a "foo foo experience" or what is called a "fluff and roll". Gwen is a very experienced professional therapist. Her years of bodywork and attending trainings has developed into a unique approach that is very effective. She also is a trained and experienced spa practitioner. I went while I was in town because I had pinched a nerve or pulled a muscle that stems from an old sports injury and I couldn't even sit and be comfortable without pain. Bill Giers got me in last minute on a Saturday afternoon and he was beyond fantastic. He really knows his craft with a background in sports therapy, etc. and definitely got areas that no one else has ever touched that even I could tell was connected to the area of pain. I walked out of there pain free and have been even over a week later. Definitely recommend especially for a deep massage and anyone with old injuries!
