Kate and Tyler were both great people to work with. Tyler inspected a home for me and was very detailed and professional. I must’ve called Kate 100 times after the inspection was complete. I had questions and concerns and she was there to help me and give me so much information. Glad to see there’s good people and good companies out there that care not only about their profession but also about the customer. Thanks so much! I will definitely use you guys again.

The team at Steel Rhyno Property Inspections is professional, thorough, & friendly - outstanding! As a real estate professional I've worked with many inspectors. Tyler is my go-to! Kate works with our timeline and schedules inspections quickly, and can coordinate to get our WDO inspections scheduled as well. Turn-around time for reports is fast. I refer Steel Rhino to all my home buyers and they have all been very satisfied with the professionalism and quality service they receive. As for me, as a Realtor, they just dont get any better. This company is top notch. Kate is always available to answer any questions and goes out of her way to schedule as needed, sometimes you have short inspection periods and need to be scheduled quickly and she always make it happen.
