We have used the services from Paradise Air and Heat for about 11 years. They are always responsive to our problem, no matter what time we call, they will always send someone out. They are very professional when explaining what is wrong and what has to be repaired. We have been completely satisfied with this Company.Service: A/C system maintenance
I contacted Paradise at 5:15PM on a Monday and the phone was answered by a cheerful and helpful lady that said someone would be right back with me. A few minutes later I received a call, and after describing the problem, the guy was happy enough to walk me through the fix. I managed to get the AC running again in less than 15 minutes, and am very grateful for the guidance. I definitely owe someone a beer.
Honest and genuinely caring. They came same afternoon to see why it wasn’t working. Described and explained the problem. Had a new system in next day. They were respectful and worked very hard. Highly recommend them.
