I have been going to Nail Studio for quite some time now. I love it! Loan & her Mom always do an excellent job! They are always on time with my appts & very professional. Today, I was in for my usual biweekly appt. There was a customer who was extremely impolite. Loan did her best to appease her, but she continued to complain about prices & having to wait, even though she was a walk-in. Her wait time could not have been more than 5 mins. It was evident that she had an attitude upon entering the shop. Loan was very diplomatic in trying to accommodate her wishes. I loved the service provided by loan. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was so kind. She could tell I was nervous and got me to relax to the best of my ability. She helped me pick the perfect color to match the outfit I had planned. I will go back for service time and time again. Thank you so much!
