The salon is generally not very busy these days. The hairdressers work parttime mostly, leave early if no clients \\u0026 never return messages. Don't count on a real, live person to answer phone. Walk ins are not advised. It might be closed if you drop by. I do love the services I get at J.C.Penny. My favorite lady cuts my long hair perfectly. Prices are fair \\u0026 you can use their store coupons/sales. It's very casual so if you don't like alot of talk \\u0026 opinions between the customers and stylists being shared then skip it. Summed up: If you can actually get an appt. that is convenient then great. They do nice work so no worries there ..

I just moved here and after getting my hair ruined twice, I'm so thankful to have found Tiffany. She listened to my concerns and actually gave me what I wanted. My hair tends to turn brassy and Tiffany covers my gray perfectly and gave me beautiful balayage highlights and lowlights. I was nervous about getting my hair trimmed but she made me feel at ease and I even had to ask her to take off a little more. When I got the bill, I couldn't believe how reasonable the pricing was. Hands-down the best salon experience I've ever had with the best pricing! She's got herself a new customer for life. I highly recommend Tiffany and JC Penney Salon.
