I just wanted to recognize one of your employees, Romaine, in the jewelry department. He was extremely personable and friendly and was attentive to us while helping my boyfriend choose a necklace for me. Most of the time salesmen or women are very harrassing and aggressive but with Romaine it was just the opposite. He made good suggestions and even explained the meaning of the necklace that I chose. We also left a survey review but we forgot to mention his name in the survey. Nowadays it’s hard to find great customer service with a smile so I hope the company values him for this. We will definitely be back for future purchases!!
This JCPenny is pretty good, Fragrance employees are very helpful. I went before searching for a JCPenny Exclusive Nicki Minaj Pink Friday 2 fragrance- and they told me they didn't have it as it sold out, but let me know when they were restocking. I came back on the restock day and only two were left! Got my item in time and was very thankful! It was a little cheaper in stores than online retailers, which is why I was hunting for it. This happened last summer. When I went one time the air conditioner was out, and it was very stuffy but other than that, I recommend this store!
