This JCPenny is pretty good, Fragrance employees are very helpful. I went before searching for a JCPenny Exclusive Nicki Minaj Pink Friday 2 fragrance- and they told me they didn't have it as it sold out, but let me know when they were restocking. I came back on the restock day and only two were left! Got my item in time and was very thankful! It was a little cheaper in stores than online retailers, which is why I was hunting for it. This happened last summer. When I went one time the air conditioner was out, and it was very stuffy but other than that, I recommend this store!

I only visited their online store and not their store itself. Navigating their website is quite easy, like most chain company stores. Of course I would recommend their web site again.
