My review is about the answear I received from one of the store cashier. I was doing my regular shopping so I arrived to ypur store with a full bag. I asked the lady on duty there, if i can leave my bag on the side, because who would want to go in a cosmetic storw around woth a big heavy bag on her back. She said i cannot leave it there as it is a liability. NOW, if you want your costumers to feel confortable, and if I teust you guys to leave my shopping bag on the side, believe me i would not accuse of taking something out. I've had the same hair colorist for many years, however unfortunately she's fighting cancer so I needed to find a new color professional. I tried someone else at her same salon, but I did not have a good experience. I then went to Ulta, mainly for their hours of operation due to my tight schedule. I tried the Titusville location first and my hair color did not turn out well at all. I then tried the Merritt Island location and finally found Alana.
