Tucker showed amazing respect and care when transporting our dad from Vitas' home hospice care to Island Cremations. He even brought an American flag with him because he knew he was caring for a veteran.

Bill assisted us with all the arrangements regarding the various paperwork, death certificates, and choice of urn.

Kim, the lovely Administrative Assistant, was always ready to help with questions we had. She even managed to make us smile during a very sad time.

Todd was especially helpful and so kind while guiding us through the entire planning process. His demeanor is compassionate, warm, and professional. We had to call him several times with additional questions or concerns and he was always gracious and helpful. Todd made the entire experience so much less stressful for us all.
