I was pleased with the service and with only 2 or 3 requests, I was able to have my test results sent to my doctor to review. I had no calls back as promised, but the results were negative. I felt the doctor assistant that examained me was very professional and nice. The front office personnel were very nice too. I would recommend this office in Merritt Island.
I've been going there for a couple of months now and I love it. Everyone has been super nice and professional. I see the same PA and she’s the best. I feel comfortable and at ease with her, even though visiting a doctor's office is NOT my favorite thing. Highly recommend!
Staff is very good about working with me to get an appt. The ARNP's are very knowledgeable. .The wait time is usually minimal. But last week, 45 minute wait for a 5 minute lab draw!! Too much, especially after being told, "They will be with you in a minute.." very misleading.. and I had made an appt!!! and then there was no comment cards for the comment box!! But over all, I would recommend them.
