I am also a first timer, but not a last timer.
I had a small job for them.I needed a battery installed in a tablet.
They did the job perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time.
The price they charged was fair and less than another place wanted to charge me.
Both the people I dealt with were very friendly and you could tell they were in business to take care of their customers needs at a fair price.
Don't waste your time going any where else for service on your computer,tablet or phone.

I have taken two laptop to their office to get them fixed. They are very professional, caring, friendly and understanding people. They explained what was wrong with each computer. I have recommended several of my friends to them and they were happy with them as well. I will not go back to the other company that I have used in the past.

Very nice storefront. Store was very clean. I only went in to purchase a used monitor. He had an excellent selection. He chatted amicably and offered advice on another computer question unrelated to why I was there.
