Paul Lucenti came to my home, he was friendly & very professional, he also showed he was trustworthy, he explained what was wrong with my pc and fixed the problems that I was dealing with. I am not tech savvy, when I asked questions he answered my questions & explained them so I could understand. If I need help again, I will ask for Paul Lucenti. Thank you Paul for all your help, it was greatly appreciated!
Paul Lucenti did a great job in analyzing and correcting our multiple computer problems. He was very professional, extremely patient and genuinely concerned in resolving our issues. Great job!
Noel came and completed the task of hooking up the computer to the printer and the phone with answering machine. loading the printer with ink and paper and testing the print, copy, scan and fax functions. The printer/fax/scan/copy functions have worked since then. I am satisfied with the service provided. I did not want to contract with Exclusive Consulting for computer support because I have a contract with Hewlett Packard for Hardware support and with Smart Friend for Virus support. They have a large enough infrastructure to provide 24 hour deep support.If I have to more the printer to another phone line, I will use Exclusive Consulting again.
