“I walked in on time for an appointment and even though my person was busy they honored it. That was really appreciated! Tom is wonderful. He did my manicure and pedicure. My Mani was hard gel. Both were gray and I'm really satisfied. I actually called 15 minutes before they were opening and Sandy was kind enough to answer the phone and make my appointment. This is my new once again favorite nail salon.“

“I’ve been going to Platinum Nails for six years, and there’s a reason I’ve never gone anywhere else. Tina and John are wonderful owners, and the salon stays busy because they have loyal regulars and provide great service. They will take walk-ins if they are slow, however that rarely happens. All regulars are aware of this. On the door it does state “appointment preferred” to avoid these situations.

I was there from 5:15p-6:30p the day the attached review was posted. Every technician was busy the entire time. Calling an hour before closing for a last-minute appointment and then getting angry when they can’t fit you in is unreasonable. After hearing the way this person spoke to the owner on the phone — loudly enough for the ENTIRE salon to hear - this person even had the audacity to call a second time (first time they threatened to go to another salon for not being able to be seen) and told the owner they would post bad reviews.

Threatening bad reviews because a fully booked salon couldn’t accommodate poor planning is unfair and honestly embarrassing.“

“Had such a relaxing visit here this afternoon! My mom flew down for a visit and to escape the cold we booked introductory massage and facials here. We had the same woman, Maria ?, for our facials and she customized the facial after examining our skin and doing extractions. We had different people for our massages but my mom said she would definitely return and I can’t give Colleen an enough review! She did amazing. Definitely worth the money and I’ll be returning. Self care in a quality place.“
