I’ve been going to Platinum Nails for six years, and there’s a reason I’ve never gone anywhere else. Tina and John are wonderful owners, and the salon stays busy because they have loyal regulars and provide great service. They will take walk-ins if they are slow, however that rarely happens. All regulars are aware of this. On the door it does state “appointment preferred” to avoid these situations.

I was there from 5:15p-6:30p the day the attached review was posted. Every technician was busy the entire time. Calling an hour before closing for a last-minute appointment and then getting angry when they can’t fit you in is unreasonable....read full review

What a lovely experience! I got a builder gel Mani (only $50!) and a pedi. Place is super cute, super clean, and very easy to book. Staff was so kind and did a great job. Definitely recommend, especially since it's hard to find good builder gel places.

Andrew was amazing! He genuinely cared for our services and gave my mom helpful information about her toes and helped fix ingrown nails that a previous salon had caused. He was very nice and fun to talk to. Wish we lived here so we could go back all the time! Very clean location.
