Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is known for providing high-quality massage and facial services at affordable prices. The spa is open seven days a week with extended hours to accommodate busy schedules. Customers have praised the exceptional skills of massage therapists, such as Anna and Daniel, who offer personalized sessions tailored to individual needs. Anna is particularly recognized for her ability to alleviate chronic back problems, making a significant difference in clients' mobility and overall well-being. Daniel, with his professional and friendly demeanor, is admired for his deep tissue massages that effectively target problem areas.
However, there have been concerns regarding therapist turnover, which has made booking appointments challenging for some members. Occasionally, appointments get canceled last minute, causing dissatisfaction among clients. Despite these issues, Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa remains committed to offering an accessible luxury experience for those seeking relief and rejuvenation.
My husband and I have regular monthly massages at Hand and Stone. The massage therapist that we have had there are really great. They always provide a targeted session that meets our needs whether that is relaxation or a specific muscle group.
I highly recommend Brandon. He listens to what muscle's I need him to focus on. He doesn’t try to upsell me which I love. I am here to be relaxed and enjoy what I am here to spend my money on. Thank you Brandon for the awesome deep tissue massages.
Had such a relaxing visit here this afternoon! My mom flew down for a visit and to escape the cold we booked introductory massage and facials here. We had the same woman, Maria ?, for our facials and she customized the facial after examining our skin and doing extractions. We had different people for our massages but my mom said she would definitely return and I can’t give Colleen an enough review! She did amazing. Definitely worth the money and I’ll be returning. Self care in a quality place.
