We enjoyed our pedicures and the attention to detail in applying the gel polish was great. The salon was mostly clean except there was a lot of hair on the floor by my chair. The wait time was a bit longer than we expected after we called, asking if they had availability and arriving within specified 10 minutes just to wait another 30+ minutes. The massage chairs were the saving grace and why we stayed. My other half’s clear polish was applied with much less precision and was a bit all over the place.
I had such a wonderful experience at Passion Nails. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm hello, and I was so impressed by how beautiful the salon is. They have an amazing selection of new and trendy colors. My nail tech, MJ, was absolutely incredible—she's extremely talented and made me feel beautiful. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning.
Tracy was amazing. Thank you so much for care on my nails. Your entire team is amazing. Best nail salon I've been to in years and I've been to at least 10 in Melbourne. The attention to detail, care on my cuticles and don't over use the drill which I very much also appreciate. Everyone is polite and friendly and reasonable pricing.
