My AC is getting pretty old. So every time we come home and it’s 85 inside we worry it’s our time. We left the messages it was after 5 PM. Roland called us back. Gave us his ETA and came on by. We just ended up having clog, but Roland was great! He checked all the parts to make sure everything else was running as they should be. He even gave us a very reasonable quote, should anything happen in the next 30 days. I’ve been using Mid Florida Air for almost 30 years and they are reliable every time.. I will definitely ask for Roland again next time. The thermostat says 83 but it’s definitely coming down. It was 86 10 minutes ago.
When my AC recently shut down, my long-time service company, Mid-Florida Air Conditioning had a technician on standby and quickly dispatched him to my house in less than an hour. Their technician, Danny Bakos immediately knew what the issue was, had all the proper equipment, and went above and beyond to ensure long time resolution. The cool air flowing again was a big relief and with their service policy this service call was no charge. Thank you!
Roland was our service tech today. Punctual and professional. Was thorough for our semi annual checkup and explained what he did. We have had Mid Florida A/C for 23 years and have been very happy with their service, their technicians and overall product.
