Perfection completed on the most hot, humid day of the year…every square millimeter measures exactly the same throughout the windows and door heights and widths. The seal is as aesthetically perfect and lovely as the the impact of the entire structure. I can’t wait to lay some tile and add pics to my comments! Malabar Products have done at least 10 townhomes on this cup-de-sac Developement and neighbors who have had the same enclosures done 15+ years ago continue to enjoy with little, if any, wear and tear evidence…windows still slide easily and seals are solid. Malabar Products entire team were true professionals and a pleasure to work with. From project design thru installation they kept on schedule, provided updates, and managed all aspects. The installation team were meticulous from removal of my existing enclosure thru the installation of our new frame and windows, paying close attention to every detail. I could not have been happier with the final product and look forward to working with them on future projects.
