I was blown away by my first visit to Dentists of Melbourne. From the time I walked in the front door I was treated professionally, courteously, and promptly. All questions I had were cheerfully answered in a very caring way. Everyone was so friendly and casual but yet professional, you didn't feel nervous at all. They put you right at ease. Their exam was extra thorough, including a panoramic Xray that was given at no charge because I was a new patient. (The last dentist I went to here in town insisted that I pay the $45 for a panoramic X-Ray before he would even SEE ME!!! ) Their employees all seem knowledgeable about what they do, from receptionist to oral surgeon. They are clear and concise in their recommendations and I trust them implicitly. Looking forward to having a really good dental extraction procedure in preparation for dentures. I'm not nervous at all, and normally I worry about every little thing! I highly recommend this practice, especially if you hate dentists! Going here will change your mind!

Another in and out with a brand new ceramic crown! Dr.Kleiman and her assistant Crystal were so smooth. Didn't even feel the needle from the novacaine. I love that I don't have to get a temporary crown and come back weeks later to swap it out with the one made downtown somewhere. Custom made on the crown making machine is the way to go. Easy peasy.
