Recently, I had a visit with the PA, Niroj, and I was in tears when I left because of her compassion and spirit of excellence. She went so far above what was expected to ensure that I obtained a speedy appointment with the specialist since they would not respond to my urgent requests. Niroj contacted the specialist’s office and spoke directly with the provider and explained my situation and he agreed to see me within a few hours. My experience as a patient with Dr Gobivenkata Balaji, MD, FACP, MBA has been extremely positive, pleasant, rewarding and eye opening. Dr Balaji has demonstrated both compassion, caring and most of all, a powerful ability to assess, analyze and treat health problems. He has discovered previously undiagnosed health issues of mine by asking targeted questions, listening intently and prescribing various types of tests, and later, medications that I know have made a difference. Jena and Monique are, without question, two of the best health care providers I've ever dealt with. Caring, concerned and honest. They are willing to go above and beyond for their patients. Their knowledge and compassion are refreshing in today's world of rushed and subpar healthcare.
