“My dog had a spinal cord injury and they had a tech waiting for us on arrival and got us in to see the vet immediately. X-rays, bloodwork, and exam all done within the hour. My dog got pain meds and stayed the day for observation. The vet techs literally spent their lunch break giving her love and holding her paw. Thank you to the entire team of people (vet, vet techs, receptionist, etc) that kept me informed and treated my dog like their own. Their love for my dog is what made this terrible experience somewhat manageable. Thank you guys for everything!“

“Cubbyholed off Racetrack Road, they took Buddy on and heard my concerns, they exude professionalism and confidence when it came time to tell me what I was dealing with in this grooming, keeping me well informed of major issues or items that might need be changed. For me I expected that he needed more care than I could provide myself and boy was I right, they SHOWED me and let me know the best course of action. Keeping the owner included in changes is a great feeling. My doggo needed a lot and they provided. Not only does he look better but I can tell he feels better and is able to move better. I am giving 11/10 to this place and promote it all day“

“We absolutely love Mercy's!! I have a very high energy young pup that I rescued from PAWS. It is hard for friends to keep him when I go out of town because they all work and I don't want him to be alone because of his traumatic background. My boy LOVES going to boarding and daycare at Mercy's.They always send me photos and updates of how his day is going. And once when I had to extend his stay due to a family emergency they were super flexible and easy to work with. Now every time we get in the car he can hardly contain his excitement! Thank you Mercy's for taking care of our boy Bandit. ? I know he can be a lot and they take it in stride and love him so well.“
