They are awesome with our husky. They passionate about the animals that come. Dr. Lynn took the time to explaining the results of Plutos blood and urine results. Christina at the front desk is also very helpful when we come in or if I need to call.
In the last few years I have experienced 3 pet losses, two were of old age and one of cancer. We decided to switch to Companion for our pets care after I had less than ideal experiences with a previous animal hospital. Just recently, at Companion, our dog was diagnosed with cancer all over his lungs. Thursday we went in to say goodbye. While it was a horrible moment, the staff was SO incredible and so kind during this time. They gave us donuts for him, he got some nuggets and fries, and they had blankets laid out. My dog had a spinal cord injury and they had a tech waiting for us on arrival and got us in to see the vet immediately. X-rays, bloodwork, and exam all done within the hour. My dog got pain meds and stayed the day for observation. The vet techs literally spent their lunch break giving her love and holding her paw. Thank you to the entire team of people (vet, vet techs, receptionist, etc) that kept me informed and treated my dog like their own. Their love for my dog is what made this terrible experience somewhat manageable. Thank you guys for everything!
