The Salon at Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort

This place is a beautiful resort to stay at. My wife and I came to Marco Island for the first time and absolutely enjoyed every moment at this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect. We had a view of the pool and the beach which was amazing. There are a bunch of restaurants so you have plenty of options. I would like to say thank you to Guillermo and the manager Tommy in the breakfast restaurant. Their hospitality was top notch. The rooms are very nice and very clean. Everybody I came across was very helpful and friendly. Literally nothing we could complain about. We will definitely return.

We were here for a business conference and this place is top notch. The staff is super friendly and very willing to help. The rooms all offer great views and are an easy walk to the beach. Meals in the conference center were very good but meals on the beach were often hot and swarmed by flies. But this is nature, what can you do? Shops were nice but quite expensive.

I’ve been thinking a lot over the last few weeks about how and what to say in this review. I have been a part time resident in Naples, FL for the past few years and truly fell in love with Marco Island and the salon & spa amenities at the JW Marriott. Most of the time, whether it be the spa for a massage, or the salon for a color, the customer service and hospitality were amazing and really made feel welcomed. Unfortunately, this last experience of mine at the salon, was not one I anticipated, and I really am questioning going back.
