She gave me a consultation over messager and informed me that I may not get the results I want on the first try, that this would be a process. I appreciate her honesty so much. Many colorist will promise the world, and leave you with fried hair. When I arrived at the salon I was made to feel at "home" so to speak. She was able to substantially lighten my hair and still keep it extremely healthy, while avoiding the dreadful orange. I was so excited with the color that I forgot to ask how to keep it pretty. It's been years since I have been blonde. I messaged her and she once again helped me with all of my concerns.
