Anne did my 13 year old daughter’s that really needed some TLC. She plays sports a lot and had not had a trim in over a year. She also had a lot of dead ends. She was extremely patient and took her time really explaining to her what needed to be done, making her comfortable. She explained what was happening with her hair and the regime she wanted us to follow in the salon and at home. She really took her time with her hair which I truly appreciate. She showed my daughter and me her plans for the trim before she did it. She wants to try and also heal the ends with repairing products to aid in not having to trim so much.
