Companies know this and find every little issue to charge you extra. By the time the service is complete they've charged you hundreds and thousands of dollars. BRIAN DIDN'T DO THAT! The price he quoted was honored. He blessed my family and I'll refer him to everyone. He has a customer for life!
Couldn’t be happier with Drains Plus of Jacksonville. The guys were quick to respond and got my water looking right! I had terrible well water, every time I filled the bathtub it looked like it was full of sweet-tea. After they installed the new system my water is crystal clear and smells clean. No more rust stains on my tiles or in my sinks!

Roy with Countryside went above and beyond helping our client Ms Mary from Hart Felt Ministries with her townhome needs. She had rotten boards behind her siding. He was able remove all the boards, replace them and the waterproof membranes, putting new siding on and matching the paint. Ms Mary is beyond thrilled.

Great team. We had an issue with a big blockage, they came over and were able to fix it in matter or 15 min after other plumber was unable to figure out where the blockage was. Highly recommend them!

Sometimes it’s a wait, but you gotta get there early, because these gentlemen, Travis, Ryan, and Brian, know what they’re doing, so they’re in demand. My boys are 15 and 10, I’ve been taking them here for the past 7 years. They don’t charge an arm and a leg, but they’re worth every penny of a good tip!
Rachel is so talented at what she does. Every time I look in the mirror I am so happy over my hair color. A beautiful ashy blonde. ? My extensions feel so natural and do not pull on my head. I’ve had them elsewhere and they would hurt and sag down after only a few weeks. She is highly trained at placing them so they stay tight and are unnoticeable. Very personable and kind too!The salon atmosphere is gorgeous. Great music always playing. The boutique has the cutest clothes and I’m always able to snag the perfect gifts from there. All around an amazing shop in Macclenny! ?

I cannot recommend Susan enough! I was so nervous to get my hair cut, but she completely outdid herself. She did exactly what I asked for and made the whole experience so relaxing. As much as I hated being in the hospital, I will say my experience at Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital was very good and wonderful. I am visiting my cousin here in Macclenny, FL from Indy, and was not feeling well and having pain on my left side, so decided I needed to go to the hospital to get checked out. We were advised from urgent Care clinic to go to the ER based on my symptoms, so I went to Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital. From the time I entered the ER to the time I left the hospital, it was very professional from the nurses and doctors on staff. Luckily, there was no one waiting ahead of me when I entered the ER, so I met with triage right away and filled out the forms. I only waited about 10-15 minutes before I was called back into the ER and brought to an exam room. The nurses were very kind and professional in taking my information and assisting me with blood pressure and getting results done for blood work and urine tests. I had a CT scan done as well, and the nurses were very kind and walked me through the CT scan with ease and grace. Dr. Paul Jarczyk was the doctor who handled me and he was very professional and did an excellent job explaining everything to me and answered my questions very well. He was straight up and to the point with me, which I appreciated very much, and made me aware of some things that the CT scan caught which I should be aware of moving forward. All in all, I spent a total of about two and a half hours at the hospital, which is great compared to other hospitals. If I was at a major city hospital, I would have spent at least three to hour hours, maybe longer at the ER. For a small town hospital, this was very organized and well staffed from what I could see. Everyone showed care and grace when dealing with me and taking care of me, which I appreciated very much. As much as I did not enjoy being at the hospital, I'm glad I came here and received excellent customer service from all the nurses and doctors that I dealt with during my stay. I just wish all hospitals were like Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital, because then patients would be in and out in a decent time and receive excellent patient care in the process. If you happen to be in Macclenny, FL and need to go to the hospital, definitely come here for care because you will be in good hands!
Over the past 2 weeks our AC has gone out 3 times. Dependable has responded each time much quicker then expected. They have worked diligently to help repair the unit we currently have. We unfortunately had to buy a new unit, but dependable was very helpful with offering financing options and helping us with getting a new unit. Everyone is friendly from the office staff to the technicians working tirelessly in a heatwave! I am greatly appreciative and will continue to refer all of my friends and family to Dependable!
Got a spray tan for our pregnancy announcement pictures and it was perfect! I’m used to getting spray tans and looking very orange/intense the first day, but this tan was probably the most natural gorgeous tan I’ve ever had.
I will definitely be back to get a spray tan for my baby shower and newborn pictures.

We are so happy we chose Calvin, Altantic East Coast to be our builder for our custom farmhouse build. Calvin is easy going, problem solver, professional, and has a heart of gold when it comes to building. He always kept us inform with our new home build. Our new build was always clean and tidy. His team of workers are reiable and hard workers. We brought our ideas to him and he brought them to life in our new build. Calvin is amazing to work with throughout the whole building process. He made it as stress free as he possibility could for us. We will forever be thankful to him for building us our dream farmhouse for us. We would highly recommend Mr Alex and his crew we had a tree fall across our power line and broke our power pole so when FPL came out they said we had to get an electrician to come put us another power pole down so the lineman with FPL recommended PNR Electric and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience they came out Sunday put the new pole down and then came back and hooked my stove and dryer back up thank y’all so much.
As far as the builder goes, I would give him an A. He responds to you if you’re able to get a hold of him as he is a busy man building homes .
(as far as his secretary goes, she has lack of communication, she needs customer service training. Her initials are initials S.W. )
His AC company guys that he has are amazing. They make sure they get their job done and come back to check and make sure things are running correctly.
Other issues that I’ve had in the home are to be taken care of here in the next few weeks.

Ronnie and Angel communicated with us and genuinely wanted to help us get water back. We had a couple of complicated issues going on, and they were super busy at the time of the repair. It took a little longer than we would have liked, but they persevered and got us back up and running. They're good, hardworking people, and Ronnie is very knowledgeable.

During our time of grief and heartache, Forbes made the process a little less stressful for myself and my family. They were extremely helpful and comforting throughout. I feel they went above and beyond to do everything they could to help things go as smoothly as possible. Hawke was always there with any questions we had or changes we needed to make and followed up promptly, as well as asking often if there was anything else they could do for us. They actually listened and provided exactly what we asked for. My grandmother looked beautiful, even in death and I'm forever grateful to them for paying attention to the details of what we wanted and giving us just that. It gave us a sense of peace which means the world! I'm so very thankful for their compassion and excellent care during our loss. ❤️
Awesome lady. She has never charged me for clipping my ESA baby. Even though my dog is nervous about getting her nails trimmed she's very kind and does it right every time. She is very compassionate and understanding how our fur baby is and is very loving towards her. I'm on a fixed income and I'm so appreciative as she is actually helping me take care of my baby whenever I'm needing Victoria's nails cut.
Some people do what she does as income and I can tell she clearly does what she does because she actually does this because she loves four legged babies and takes pride providing her experience not just an income but she really loves being around dogs and does an excellent job doing it!!
