Her keen attention to detail and to my reactions were pinnacle in securing this home. I worked with Cindy in my professional capacity as the mortgage broker for a recent home purchase here in Jacksonville, where she represented my client as his buyer’s agent from pre-approval all the way through closing. There was more complexity to this transaction than most buyers experience as the inspection revealed that a new roof was needed, which had to be installed before closing, thus requiring the VA appraisal to be approved in two separate parts.
