Over the past 2 weeks our AC has gone out 3 times. Dependable has responded each time much quicker then expected. They have worked diligently to help repair the unit we currently have. We unfortunately had to buy a new unit, but dependable was very helpful with offering financing options and helping us with getting a new unit.
Everyone is friendly from the office staff to the technicians working tirelessly in a heatwave! I am greatly appreciative and will continue to refer all of my friends and family to Dependable!

Very happy with the service, quick to respond and take care of the problem.
Very happy with the service and how fast they got out here. Even the person answering the phones was great! I really didn't mean to be a pest and I am grateful she was so polite :)
