I cannot say enough good things about Tony and Shawn. They came out to the property and emptied our septic tank but most importantly they found out what was wrong and were able to repair it at that time. They took the time to explain to us how the septic tank works, how to keep a septic tank healthy. They even took the time to troubleshoot to make sure there were no other issues happening. They were funny and very personable. I highly recommend them. We called at night, but it was dark so they couldn’t come out but they made sure to be out the next day by lunch.Services: Sewer cleaning

We just bought the, not in it 30 days yet and the Septic tank was full and backing up into the house. After spending all day Wednesday calling through the "emergency Septic tank pump" list on Goggle and getting told "trucks are in the shop, we can't get to you till Friday or next week"!. We even made an appointment for the next day (as a backup) with A1 Septic, and they took a same day emergency Septic problem in Southport over our emergency appointment. Glenn Salyer came through for us. They should be at the top of the list on Goggle, so no one else has to experience the disappointment and run around during an emergency situation like we did.

We had our old septic tank pumped today by Roto Rooter. From Laila calling to confirm the appointment to George and Coty coming to our house to pump our tank everyone we dealt with were professional. The guys gave us great service, were very courteous, and we will definitely use this business for all for our plumbing needs. We had such an awesome experience!
