Patrick and DaVonte' were absolutely professional and thorough. They introduced themselves and went to work, as they were here for a long appointment to clean and check three systems. What fine gentlemen. They cleaned everything, updated me on the condition of my systems answered all of my questions. I can say I absolutely loved the service! We’ve been using Rousso’s ever since we bought our house 2-1/2 years ago. They’ve always been able to come out same day or next day and get us back on track at a reasonable cost. Their tech Shon has been out the past few times, which makes it nice because he knows our system and is able to jump right in to pinpoint the problem more efficiently.
