Brent is great. He knew exactly what he was doing. He answered all my questions. And maybe best of all, after years of being traumatized by Peadon, he didn't try to sell me anything or try to convince me that my HVAC is about to do something terrible. What a relief after Peadon! This is the second visit from a Peadon tech, and I am impressed! The next time I need HVAC service I'll ask for Brent Anderson from Hiller.
