“As a 20 year old girl that just got off birth control a year ago and had major surgery 3 years ago by body was really unbalanced. I had multiple food intolerances, my hormones were out of whack, and I constantly felt tired. I had tried many different things to help with the symptoms that started after my surgery but intensified after stopping the pill. I finally as a last resort went to acupuncture doctor hoping something would help. It is now a few months after I did several treatments and my cycle is normal for the first time ever, as well am I able to eat foods I couldn’t before like my beloved coffee. I went on a very long vacation recently and had no issues with tiredness like before and being able to eat the foods I like was wonderful. I am feeling more normal now. “Dr. Matt Young and his team give excellent care. Following a thorough evaluation I've been given a program that includes muscle strengthening, massage, and joint manipulation. Matt listens, and answers my many questions thoughtfully and succinctly. Patiently too! He has provided print outs and online links to home exercise that helps alleviate my arthritic pain between sessions. The facility is clean, and pleasant. It has a spacious parking area as well. While Dr. Matt and Dr. Chris provide a constant presence, techs and interns rotate from being undergraduates to working in house to graduate programs. They come and they go. But no matter who on staff is working on a particular day, the spirit is cooperative, lighthearted and caring. I am grateful for the team at Sportscare West Fairbanks.“
