Amazing! We decided to try them out today and Melanie was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The knot is worth the extra price as they get deep into your muscles for the tension relief. Place is well kept, clean, and smells fantastic. Highly recommend checking them out.

I had an amazing amazing massage with Nivan yesterday. I must say after getting acupuncture, Chiropractic, weekly massage, and cupping. This is by far the best. I have ever had to release the tension and knots in my neck, Shoulders and back.This man knows exactly what he's doing. I am blown away with how relieved I feel this morning after sleeping finally.

I been geting massages for years but never I had such a great one until I met Betsy Batwin. I suffer from lower back pain and sciatic nerve issues. She was awesome, kind and funny. Definitely , I am a life time client of hers!!! Thank You Again for easing my pain.!!!!

At Relax or Knot - Chair Massage Spot, our massage therapists help reduce your pain, tension, & stress in a 30-minute chair massage or less! Ideally located in Longwood, FL smack next to Publix (A Grocery Store) & CVS is on the other side in the Shoppes of Sweetwater plaza. Book online, call ahead, or walk-ins are welcome! (May be a slight wait.) We have 10, 15, 20, & 30-minute hands-on, chair massages and we focus on the problem areas - head, neck, shoulders, low back, arms, & hands. Choose between and “Relax” session or “Knot” (deep tissue). Our chair massage prices are affordable and range from $20 to $45. Stop by before grocery shopping and feel better fast with $5 off our 10-minute chair massage sessions! (You can always upgrade!)
