I've been working with Lisa for what I think has been over a year now, and I can confidently say it's been worth every minute there. Lisa embodies everything the business name suggests - each session feels like a journey into tranquility and the most peaceful minutes. Her experience and care shows. I leave each session feeling rejuvenated, both physically and mentally.

Lisa is amazing. I came in to see her with neck, shoulder, and back pain from too many hours working on the computer. She was able to help me get relief from the pain and headaches after one session.Her massage technique is so therapeutic and relaxing. I have already referred friends and had my second massage with her. Her online scheduling is awesome to use with my busy schedule. I can easily see when she's available and book online.I highly recommend Lisa if you are looking for a massage professional that will leave you so relaxed that you may fall asleep on the table.

Our space, located in Longwood, Florida, is where spa and therapy come together in the form of a detailed, purposeful, quality massage session focusing on you and what your body needs. The silence of the session allows your body to focus on what is taking place and enables you to walk out feeling better and more relaxed than when you came in.
