“I needed someone to install 2 new toilets. Frank was sent to our house for the job. He did a great job taking out the old toilets and putting in the new ones. I purchased the toilets online at the Lowe’s and it was delivered to our home before our appointment. The toilets are beautiful but they were a pain to install. Frank figured it out quickly and found a way to get it installed. He cleaned up the bathroom and tidying up the bathroom. I’ll definitely use their service again.“

“I had a hard time finding someone both qualified and willing to do build-back work (furring strips, vapor barrier, drywall and texture) following mold remediation in my living room. The Handyman Company was very responsive so I went with them. They scheduled someone to come out to start the job within a couple of days of me accepting the proposal.

Patrick worked full days and did a lot of work to put everything back so you could barely tell the walls had been cut out and gutted. He kept everything very clean throughout the process. I recommend Patrick.

I attached a photo of a portion of the finished job. (Priming and painting wasn’t in the scope of work. I’m doing that myself.)

The only complaint I have is the person who quoted the job (not Patrick) under-quoted materials by a lot. The actual materials I was billed for were more than double the estimate, but I looked at the receipts and the overages were bad estimating, not bad purchases.

Edit: Within a few days of job completion several of the drywall seams cracked. I called The Handyman Company for a warranty claim. They sent Patrick back out to fix it. I asked Patrick to remove the mesh tape that he used on those seams and replace it with the paper tape that I already had. He said that was too much work and he wasn't going to do that. Instead he caulked the cracks, which I'm not pleased with.“

“I had an 8' double entry door that was 30 years old and needed to be replaced. I had several door companies come give me ridiculous quotes and decided to buy my own door. I bought a fiberglass door with a multipoint locking system from Titian building supply and got a quote from Brad to install it. He also made sure the door I wanted would fit. He was by far the most reasonable for install which made me skeptical but decided to take a chance. I painted the door myself and he installed it with someone else in a couple hours. I'm very happy with the door and the install. His wife is great too; she works in the office and was very responsive. So, if you want a fair price and quality service give this company a try.
