We could not be more pleased with our experience with JR Home Improvement as they transitioned our tub to a shower. This father/son team impressed us from the initial consultation. They listened to what we wanted and helped us think through the details of what would work best for our needs. After our consultation, they returned with tile samples for us to choose from, discussed the details, and wrote up the contract. These guys were so great! I needed to find a good quality contractor to do large home repairs (ceiling cracks, large glass repair, outdoor fence/gate) and while JR was the first Google result, I could not have found better people. Not only did a super good quality repair on my home, my dog loved them and they were the most respectful towards my home, time, and space. I was even able to easily call them back as a part of their warranty guarantee to look at something. I’ve already passed their information to other people asking for a good quality contractor and would not hesitate recommending them to others. Thank you for doing such a great job!
I recently had the most wonderful experience with JR Home Improvement. JR and his son Luke were tasked with gutting out and renovating both my guest and master bathrooms. The words I would use to describe this father/son team are trustworthy, professional, detail oriented, perfectionists, and patient. On day one I painted a picture of what I wanted for both my bathrooms. Each day JR would walk me through the process for that day. He patiently answered all my questions, made suggestions, and together we would agree on any adjustments or changes that needed to be made.
