“My daughter received great care at her appointment. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The only thing I didn't like about the experience was that if I didn't have a cell phone, the front desk staff didn't know how I'd be able to check in for the appointment. I find that inconvenient. There should be ways a patient can see the doctor without having to have a device handy. Perhaps it's more ideal to provide devices for checking in if the digital information is preferred for this practice.”
