“I went to this center for the first time today. And let me tell you, the staff is really nice. The lady at the front desk was polite and informative. There was nobody there so we didn’t have to wait and the registration we did it online, uploading all the documents went pretty smooth too. The only thing I will say is that there is no interactive options for toddlers to play. Only a table for them to sit. The place looks like it needs an upgrade, the paint is chipping the stickers on the walls are falling. Overall it seems like it could use some paint and repairs. The AC was off so it was hot inside, they did turn the AC on later but as a first impression it was shockingly hot inside.When the nurse practitioner entered the room we were extremely pleased on how sweet she was, helpful and very attentive to our concerns. So overall, we were pleased with the staff and how my son was treated. They were gentle and sweet to my boy. I will be coming back, mainly for the nurse practitioner because she was awesome, but the place could definitely use some love. We also loved that every rooms has a tv playing a show. The only other thing that caught our eye was, when we were leaving the receptionist had her shoes off and it just felt unprofessional.”
