She is very knowledgeable, patient, fun, upbeat, keeps my wandering son on track and provides advice, ideas and things to try with him and his siblings at home. Which I must say do keep things fun and it also helps him with his motor skills, memory, and coordination. Taylor keeps my son’s appointments super fun! He loves going to his OT every week! “This was the first time to visit any physical therapy location. My high school daughter plays travel and HS soccer, we were there for physical therapy for recovery after being in the cast for two weeks (not a particular injury, the cast was preventing further injury). I'm usually good with having my paperwork with me (referrals and/or any documents pertaining to any medical/dental appointment), this time my brain was not aligned for this appointment for whatever reason. I tried calling the referring doctor's office, they weren't able to help. Fortunately, the owner (at the time I did not know who she was, thought an office manager) was in the office right behind the wall where I was sitting (Tobi, I think is her name). She covertly popped her head out and asked what the doctor's name was and if it was a Joe DiMaggio office - yes it was. Shortly after a while we were seeing the therapist for the initial consultation and Lisa, the receptionist came in with a copy of the referral!! I was delighted that they were able to get what I forgot and could not get with a phone call. I was planning on making a drive to the Joe DiMaggio location (wasn't too far away at all) to see if I can get another copy. The owner did her magic, made a call or whatever she did and made my (maybe all of our lives) easier to get the referral for my daughter to the therapist. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Phenomenal customer service. Now, on to the therapist visit. My daughter adored her!! Not much else to say but we are very happy with the consultation - so thorough and explained everything clearly. The doctor is extremely friendly, professional and energy aligned with us, my daughter especially. My daughter was very open to discussing what was on her mind with the doctor. I look forward to the five weeks my daughter has the opportunity to work with this team/location. Highly recommend your child athlete physical therapy needs here (especially having Medicaid based insurance). Thank you again!“

“I am an 84 year old male who had ankle surgery to correct torn tendons and remove bone spurs from my right ankle. My Surgeon told me I wouldn't be able to play golf for 4-5 months, but thanks to Gabe and Hadeel, I was playing again after 12 weeks. I chose the 441/SR7 location because it was so close to my house. I am so glad I did, everybody in the facility was so caring and so skilled at keeping me on track. I have had PT for severai injuries, over the years, but PBISM is the absolute best!“
