4400 W Sample Rd 112 STE B, Coconut Creek“I originally sought help for uncomfortable and worrisome digestive issues. Through functional testing, I was able to gain valuable insight into root causes of my symptoms, and then follow a plan tailored to my individual needs.
Since starting the program, I've experienced significant improvements in my digestion, my stools are consistently normal, and the pain and discomfort have resolved. I genuinely feel like my body is functioning better.
The functional medicine approach helped connect how digestive health can influence other aspects of wellness- like energy, hormones, thyroid function, and overall health. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt empowered to make changes.
If you're struggling with ongoing health concerns, a functional medicine approach is worthy of your consideration.

I came to her at a challenging point in my journey and she gave me so much hope. She listens and I know she will not stop until I am feeling better. That is truly life changing when you are up against a condition like EDS. To say I am thankful is an understatement- it doesn't begin to capture how much her care and support has meant to me. If you have EDS, I promise Dr. Perretto will change your journey for the better.“

Even more important than that she knows what she’s doing in that she’s professional and knowledgeable about how to treat each type of injury her patients have. All of the people in this practice seem to be the same right down to the receptionist Natalie. Her understanding, along with Debbie’s, of what she does including helping you out with the ramifications of how much insurance you might have and what it means as far as informing and helping you manage your visits so you get the best amount of therapy without being excessive all at once. I’ve been to other PT practices and I wouldn’t say the same about their therapists or their office help. Back in Action is an A+ for me. Hopefully I’ll be fixed up soon but I’m on my way with their help.“
“When I first started my treatment at the Rehabilitation Institute of Fl my legs and feet were so swollen, weeping and very painful. I felt no one, no person or treatment could help. All I can say is that the entire staff at this Institute proved me completely wrong with their knowledge of my condition, friendly attitude to the point I look forward to my treatments. These people are amazing!!“

“Dr Gerry treated me for an injury to my knee. I was skeptical at first. I mean treatment for knee discomfort and pain without meds, needles or surgery, must be witchcraft. I was wrong. And, it only took 3 visits for him to get me 80% recovered. The rest I can do on my own. That's what he does. If your willing to be in tune to the therapy and do the exercise(s) he prescribes for you, it works. I no longer have to see him as I have learned how to treat myself. I can finish up this treatment on my own. He is not about making you come back again and again. He teaches you how to treat your injury by yourself. I would highly recommend Dr. Stern and his Mckenzie Method of Treatment. Steve Cirelli“

“When I had my hip replaced, all I wanted was to get moving again and not screw up the recovery. The team at FYZICAL really got it right. They designed a rehab plan that pushed me, but always kept my healing in mind. Every session felt like progress—I could actually feel myself getting stronger each week. The therapists paid close attention and were honestly rooting for me the whole way. I’m really thankful for their care, and I’d tell anyone recovering from a joint replacement to go here without hesitation“
