y weight and overall health was my major concern after being dizzy and feeling like I was going to pass out. My wife introduced me to this program and I was immediately skeptical about the whole thing because it was natural. However, after the first three weeks I lost like 18 pounds and I had my energy back. I was feeling great. Not only was the physical body an improvement, I was also educated on foods, products I used, and what to cook with. I have already recommended this to most of my family.

I had really bad arthritis in both of my hands, that was my biggest thing. I have been in pain for more than 2 years and things were progressively getting worse to the point where I was dropping things all the time because my hands would hurt. I'm only 57 years old so I'm not the age where I should be doing that, that had a psychological effect on me.I was on medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol but my main reason for doing the program was that I was in pain all the time. I had the pleasure to work with Dr.Adam and Dr.Krista. I have recurring kidney stones and for two years can’t get out of the conventional circle - urologist, nephrologist, lithotripsy etc…had 4 full anesthesias.
