“It seems like the service here is hit or miss after reading some of the reviews, but as for my experience, it was my first time ever taking clothing for alterations. I had some work pants that needed to be tapered and let me just say, that I'm in love with the results. They were so baggy previously, I was pretty upset when I got the online order delivered because I liked everything else about the pants, they just fit like parachute pants and looked ridiculous. I took them to Natasha's Alterations on Monday and I received the completed items as scheduled today, on Saturday. The pants came out exactly as I wanted them and I'm very very happy with the results. I can't speak on the dry cleaning services, but I will definitely be bringing more items to get tailored here. Couldn't be happier!“
