Rocket Cooling is a trusted, locally owned HVAC company. Customers report great experiences with the team. Technicians like Michael, Joe, and Red are described as friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very nice. They arrive right on time and are thorough in diagnosing issues, such as replacing an AC fan motor. The brothers, Jake and another, were very impressive, funny, and great to be around, with Jake even creating a tent to work under due to the heat. One customer’s AC went out on Saturday at noon, and they had an appointment within 2 hours. The work was done well, and while it was expensive due to weekend rates, customers were alerted of this, so there were no surprises, hidden costs, or hidden sales. Pricing is considered reasonable and competitive. Customers find Rocket to be honest, fair, and dependable, and they highly recommend them for reliable HVAC service, maintenance, and all HVAC needs. They always show up on time and meet expectations.
