Yesterday on Aug. 17th 2026, Austin Bryant was here from FBI AIR for a tune-up on my air conditioner that I purchased from FBI AIR in 2021. Austin was extremely polite and very nice. He changed my air filter, added more refrigerant and checked everything out making sure it was working properly. I enjoyed talking with Austin who is one of the kindest young men I've ever known. I gave Austin a 5* out of 5 rating for sure. Next time FBI AIR comes to my house I want Austin Bryant to be the one who is called to come for my next tune-up please. I feel like I found a new friend in Austin.

We have had our AC repaired by Sunshine Air for 5 years and they kept coming for the same problem and charge us each time for it. A friend suggested FBI AC to us and it took the technician only one time to finally resolve the problem. You can imagine I only have good words to say about FBI AC repair. It has been 2 months since they have repaired our AC and it has been functioning perfectly fine. We are greatful for their expertise.

Justin arrived exactly when he said he would. Because I was out of town, my neighbors met him at my house. Fortunately for us, Austin discovered that the top of the outdoor condensing unit was loose and causing all the noise my neighbors had heard. Once the screws were tightened and some insulation installed to isolate the metals, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. This visit saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you FBI air conditioning service. Worth every penny!
