The birdcage attached to the lanai and when we finally had a roofing/siding person determine what the problem was, part of the birdcage had to be removed for the leak was remedied. I called White and they made a 2-man crew available to meet at our house with the siding person. They then removed what they had to and when the siding was finished, I called and they sent out another 2-man crew to reattach it. I waited a few days for a bill and then called and they said "oh, no charge". I was really impressed. This leaking window had nothing to do with the birdcage yet they, twice, sent a crew out to help for no charge. Between the folks I dealt with there, the quality of the birdcage build, and they're willingness to help with the lanai window I would give White Aluminum 10 stars if I could,“
