This company was such a pleasure to work with, from the very first meeting until the last day. They were prompt, efficient and fast. The workmanship is exceptional. We truly love our space, it’s cooler, and bug free! Chris, Ken and all of the crew made this such an easy breezy process.
I talked with 9 pool builders and had to find the one I could trust. TRUST being the big word here. That we could sleep at night and know the project would be a success. A Success it was! They have been in business a long time, made it through Covid, have a bunch of full time employees which tells you they are committed to making your project a success. Luke, Brian, Joe, Mark , Kenny, Justin ,Sarah, and others all took care of their piece of the project. Thanks to Greg for putting us at ease during the initial design and signing the contract. Just want to give a shout out to the management at Blue Moon Pools. We’ve had them for about a year now and anytime we’ve had an issue. They are right on it and deal with it right away. They have all blend extremely pleasant to deal with and have always guided us in the right direction so thank you.
